The short version

You can use AusPropertyFinder without an account and without giving us any personal information. We don't sell data, we don't run ads, and we only collect the minimum needed to run the site.

What we collect

• Contact form: your subject, message, and — only if you choose to provide it — your email address (used solely to reply to you). We also record the page you came from and your browser type to help diagnose reported problems, and your IP address for abuse prevention (rate limiting).
• Analytics: we use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to understand which features are used. It does not use cookies and does not identify individuals.

What we don't do

• No selling or sharing of personal information with third parties.
• No advertising or tracking cookies.
• No account or sign-up required for any current feature.

Property data

Property statistics on this site are derived from official government open data about properties — not about people. See Data Sources.

Retention & removal

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to act on them. If you'd like a message you sent (or your email address) removed, use the contact form and we'll delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
